This service enables healthcare facilities to submit requests related to controlled drugs, including the purchase of such drugs, modification or adjustment of allocated quotas, or requests for the disposal of expired or excess controlled drugs, in accordance with the approved regulations and guidelines.
Required Documents:
- An official letter from the Medical Facility Director addressed to the Health Regulation Department, stating the reason for the request.

- The facility must hold a valid and active license.
